Online: MOE FAS Form at https://go.gov.sg/moe-efas (opens in new tab) or through Parents Gateway > Services > Financial Assistance.
Download and Submit: Fill in the MOE FAS Application Form (opens in new tab), and submit via email to shss@moe.edu.sg (opens in new tab) or submit in person to our school’s General Office.
